Technical Correction to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation Water Rights Settlement Act of 2023

Would have authorized about $5.1 million for a Shoshone-Paiute water rights development fund.

Tradeoff

Would have authorized $5,124,902.12 in federal money for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes Water Rights Development Fund. The money would cover adjusted interest payments owed under a 2009 water rights settlement.
