Beagle Brigade Act of 2023

Creates a federal dog training center that trains detector dogs to catch foreign pests and diseases.

Tradeoff

Puts the existing National Detector Dog Training Center into law. Requires a report to Congress within one year on pest threats and ways to improve the center.
