Veteran Improvement Commercial Driver License Act of 2023

Lets VA education benefits pay for commercial driver training at new campus branches that copy an approved curriculum.

Tradeoff

Lets veterans use VA education benefits at new branches of approved commercial driver schools. Requires the school to file yearly reports proving the branch uses the same curriculum.
