NACIE Improvement Act

Requires the President to put at least one tribal college president on the National Advisory Council on Indian Education.

Tradeoff

Requires a tribal college president seat on the advisory council within 180 days of enactment. Overrides the usual council membership rules in the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
