A bill to amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require voters to provide photo identification.

Requires voters to show photo ID to cast ballots in federal elections.

Tradeoff

Voters without photo ID can cast provisional ballots if they provide ID or a religious objection affidavit within three days. States must provide free access to copy machines at public buildings so voters can obtain ID copies.
