CADETS Act

Lets older maritime academy cadets join the Student Incentive Payment Program if they meet Navy Reserve age limits.

Tradeoff

Raises the age cap for the Student Incentive Payment Program (SIP), which previously barred cadets over 25. Ties eligibility to Navy Reserve age rules for enlistment or commission instead.
