Supporting Victims of Human Trafficking Act

Would have raised the federal share of trafficking victim grant projects from 75% to 95%.

Tradeoff

Would have let up to 10% of victim-services grant money go to training, up from 5%. Would also have raised the research set-aside from 3% to 7%.
