Right to IVF Act

Would grant a federal right to fertility treatment and require insurance coverage for IVF and related services.

Tradeoff

Would have expanded access to IVF and other fertility treatments nationwide by blocking state laws that limit them. Would have required , , military health insurance, and private plans covering childbirth to cover fertility treatments, increasing federal and private insurance costs.
