Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Museum Artifacts Act
Would have allowed up to $50 million in Interior Department grants for a Theodore Roosevelt library in North Dakota.
Tradeoff
Would have required $100 million from North Dakota or private donors before any federal grant. Would have also let federal museums loan Roosevelt artifacts for free.
