Jamul Indian Village Land Transfer Act
Puts about 172 acres in San Diego County into federal trust for the Jamul Indian Village of California.
Tradeoff
Makes the land part of the Jamul tribe's reservation. Bars tribal gaming on that land under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA).
What's in it
Costs less than $500,000 over 2025-2029, with no effect on direct spending or revenues.
The under $500,000 figure is only the federal cost of processing the land transfers, while the real effect is changing the legal status of specific San Diego County land for the Jamul Indian Village.
