Semiquincentennial Congressional Time Capsule Act

Creates a congressional time capsule to be buried in the Capitol on July 4, 2026.

Tradeoff

Directs the Architect of the Capitol to build and bury a time capsule with letters from congressional leaders. The capsule will be sealed for 250 years until July 4, 2276.
