Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2024

Would have let Cape Fox Corporation take about 180 acres of Tongass National Forest land in place of land near Saxman, Alaska.

Tradeoff

Would have swapped about 185 acres of Cape Fox's unfinished land claim for about 180 acres of Tongass National Forest. Would have sent the underground rights to Sealaska Corporation and kept a public access path open.
