Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025

Raises bankruptcy trustee pay to $120 per case and extends trustee and judge funding through 2031.

Tradeoff

Increases compensation for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the first time since 1994, paid for by raising and extending certain bankruptcy fees through 2031.
