U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer Retirement Technical Corrections Act

Would have corrected retirement pay for certain officers, including back pay for those already retired.

Tradeoff

Would have fixed retirement calculations for some officers hired after July 6, 2008. Would have also let waive an age limit for them.
