VA Home Loan Awareness Act of 2023
Would have required mortgage forms to tell veterans they may qualify for a VA home loan.
Tradeoff
Would have required a disclaimer on the mortgage application form pointing military applicants to VA home loans. Would have also required a federal study of whether lenders added it.
