Expanding Access to Capital for Rural Job Creators Act
Would have required the SEC's small business capital advocate to report on access-to-capital problems facing rural small businesses.
Tradeoff
Would have added rural small businesses to an existing SEC advocate's reporting duties. The bill's text adds no new spending and no new rules for companies.
