A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into an agreement with the city of Fargo, North Dakota, for the conveyance of certain land of the Department of Veterans Affairs at Fargo National Cemetery, and for other purposes.

Would have required the VA to sell about 2.73 acres at Fargo National Cemetery to the city of Fargo at market value.

Tradeoff

Would have transferred about 2.73 acres of VA land to Fargo for market value, after the VA buys 29.06 adjacent acres. The city would pay the VA the appraised price.
