Train More Nurses Act

Would have required a federal review of nurse training grants and new routes into nurse teaching.

Tradeoff

Would have required a federal report on nurse training grants within one year. Would have recommended ways to add nurse teachers and move licensed practical nurses into registered nurse jobs.
