Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument Access Act

Lets Interior add nearby land to Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument in Maine if willing sellers agree.

Tradeoff

Allows the Interior Department to expand the monument's boundaries by purchasing adjacent land. Protects existing logging, hunting, fishing, and fiddlehead fern harvesting on monument lands.
