5G SALE Act

Lets the FCC process pending licenses for 5G airwaves auctioned before March 9, 2023, for 90 days.

Tradeoff

Lets the FCC finish approving licenses for airwaves it already auctioned, which its auction power had blocked. The authority ends 90 days after enactment, so it is a short fix rather than a new auction program.
