NWR Modernization Act of 2023

Would have required NOAA to expand and upgrade its NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards (NWR) network.

Tradeoff

Would have required NOAA to upgrade its weather radio network, with extra focus on rural and underserved areas. Would also have required a report on public access to the system within one year.
