Recycling Infrastructure and Accessibility Act of 2024

Would have created a grant program, through the (), to improve recycling in underserved communities.

Tradeoff

Would have authorized up to $30 million a year for 2025 through 2029. Congress would still have had to appropriate that money before could spend it.
