César E. Chávez and the Farmworker Movement National Historical Park Act

Would have renamed the César Chávez National Monument as a historical park and let Interior add three sites.

Tradeoff

Would have let Interior buy land from willing sellers for the park, using donated or federal funds. Would have added a 300-mile farmworker trail to the list of trails for federal review.
