TSA Commuting Fairness Act

Would have required a TSA study on counting airport commute time as paid work hours.

Tradeoff

Would have required a federal study of paying TSA workers for time spent traveling to airport parking and transit stops. The study would have estimated costs, including effects on retirement pay.
