Would have funded military construction and Veterans Affairs programs for 2025.

Tradeoff

Would have set aside money for military bases, military housing, and VA programs. Also set rules on contracts, land purchases, and foreign builders.

The House passed this bill 209-197 on June 5, 2024. The Senate never voted on it before the Congress ended, so the bill expired.
