To require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site to Gila County, Arizona.
Lets Gila County, Arizona, take about 233 acres of national forest land to serve veterans.
Tradeoff
The county gets the land at no cost, but pays all survey and transfer costs. If the county stops serving veterans on the land, it goes back to the federal government.
What's in it
No federal budget impact over any time period.
This bill transfers federal property to a county with no federal cost because the county pays all conveyance costs and the land currently generates no federal revenue.
