Working Dog Commemorative Coin Act

Directs the Treasury to mint commemorative coins honoring working dogs, with surcharges going to America's VetDogs.

Tradeoff

Mints up to 1.3 million commemorative coins for sale in 2027. Adds a surcharge to each coin, paid to America's VetDogs, a group that trains service dogs for veterans and people with disabilities.
