Transparency and Predictability in Small Business Opportunities Act

Would have required the SBA to set rules for disclosing why federal small-business contracts were canceled.

Tradeoff

Would have required agencies to explain canceled small-business contracts and help bidders find similar work. Would have made the SBA write the disclosure rules within 180 days.
