Disabled Veterans Housing Support Act

Would have excluded VA disability pay from income limits for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) aid.

Tradeoff

Would have excluded VA service-connected disability pay from income when deciding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) eligibility. Would also have required a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report on how HUD programs treat that pay.
