The WOSB Integrity Act of 2024

Would have required women-owned small businesses to meet size limits to win set-aside federal contracts.

Tradeoff

Would have required women-owned firms to meet size limits for restricted federal contracts. Firms certified before enactment would keep eligibility until they report they are too big or the Small Business Administration (SBA) finds it.
