Agency Accountability Act of 2024

Would have required agency small business officials to testify before Congress when agencies miss small business contracting goals.

Tradeoff

Would have required agencies with weak small-business contracting scores to explain themselves to Congress. Would also have added reporting on how agencies plan to improve those scores.
