Congressional Budget Office Data Sharing Act

Lets the Congressional Budget Office get data from federal agencies without a formal written agreement.

Tradeoff

Lets CBO obtain agency data with or without a written agreement, as long as CBO keeps the same confidentiality the agency must follow. Also requires CBO to report to Congress on its data requests and any problems getting information.
