Launch Communications Act

Would have required the FCC to open more radio frequencies for commercial rocket launches and reentries.

Tradeoff

Would have forced the FCC to finish rules for rocket-launch radio access within 90 days. Would have also required faster, automated approval of launch-site frequency applications.
