Coastal Communities Ocean Acidification Act of 2023
Would have required NOAA to work more closely with state, local, and tribal governments on ocean acidification.
Tradeoff
Would have added two tribal representatives to the Ocean Acidification Advisory Board. Would have directed NOAA to put underserved communities first when using its resources.
