Sponsored by Dina Titus (D)
To amend title 40, United States Code, to establish an expiration date of certain committee resolutions with respect to leases or projects, and for other purposes.
Would have ended congressional approval of federal building leases and projects after five years if work hasn't started.
Tradeoff
Would have let approvals for federal building leases and projects expire after five years without a start. Would have applied only to approvals made after the bill became law.
