Would have reopened oil and gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and overrode the pause.

Would have reopened oil and gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and blocked the pause on it. Would have also limited court challenges to lease approvals.
