Think Differently Transportation Act
Would have required Amtrak to add ADA compliance plans and station status reports to its annual report to Congress.
Tradeoff
Would have required Amtrak to report on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance in its annual report to Congress. Would have tied that report to a 2020 settlement with the Justice Department.
