North Rim Restoration Act
Lets the National Park Service use emergency contracting to rebuild Grand Canyon's North Rim after the Dragon Bravo Fire.
Tradeoff
Speeds up forest restoration and North Rim rebuilding by waiving competitive bidding rules for seven years. The current concessioner can sign noncompetitive contracts if the Park Service determines it's needed for public safety and continuity.
