Would have let doctors mail drugs to patients from 2025 to 2029 without breaking the Stark law.

Would have let doctors mail drugs to patients from 2025 to 2029, without breaking the Stark law (the physician self- law). Would also have let cover certain home infusion pumps that miss the usual home-use rule.
