Foreign Affiliates Sharing Pilot Program Extension Act

Would have extended a pilot program letting financial institutions share suspicious activity reports with foreign affiliates.

Tradeoff

Would have kept the Foreign Affiliates Sharing Pilot Program running past its January 1, 2024 end date. The program had not started, so the change would have delayed its end rather than expanded active use.
