Strengthening the Quad Act

Would have directed State to seek a Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (Quad) working group with Japan, Australia, and India.

Tradeoff

Would have required a State Department strategy report on Quad cooperation within 180 days. Would have created a congressional group of up to 24 members to meet with Quad legislators.
