Crucial Communism Teaching Act
Would have created a high school civics curriculum and oral history resources on communism and totalitarianism.
Tradeoff
Would have directed the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation to build a high school curriculum on communism and totalitarianism. It would have covered human rights abuses in China and aggression toward Taiwan and Hong Kong.
