Deliver for Veterans Act

Would have paid for veterans' vehicle shipping and extended some VA home loan fee rates through 2031.

Tradeoff

Would have let the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) pay vehicle shipping costs, which it does not cover now. Would have moved the end date for certain VA home loan fee rates from November 15 to November 29, 2031.
