Do No Harm in Medicaid Act

Bars federal funding for gender transition procedures on minors under 18.

Tradeoff

Prohibits federal payment for gender transition surgeries, implants, and puberty-blocking drugs for people under 18. Allows exceptions for treating early puberty, genetic disorders, chromosomal abnormalities, and reversing prior transition procedures.
