Freedom for Health Care Workers Act
Would have banned the federal COVID-19 vaccine requirement for health care staff at and providers.
Tradeoff
Would have blocked a 2021 rule requiring staff at and providers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Would also have barred the () from issuing any similar rule later.
