Tennessee Valley Authority Salary Transparency Act

Would have required the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to report top managers' salaries to Congress each March.

Tradeoff

Would have required TVA to report pay for managers and board members earning at least the GS-15 federal pay level. Would have kept those salary details out of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
