Small Business Contracting Transparency Act of 2023

Would have required the Small Business Administration (SBA) to publish yearly contracting reports for three small-business groups.

Tradeoff

Would have required new yearly reports to Congress, starting May 1, 2024. Would have covered contract awards, certifications, denials, and decertifications for each group.
