Upper Colorado and San Juan River Basins Endangered Fish Recovery Programs Reauthorization Act of 2023

Would have extended federal funding for Colorado River basin endangered fish recovery through 2031.

Tradeoff

Would have extended the Upper Colorado and San Juan fish recovery programs through 2031, with about $80 million in base funding for 2024 to 2031. Would have added up to $50 million for construction projects, adjusted yearly for cost changes.
