NTIA Reauthorization Act of 2024

Would have renewed the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) through 2025 and expanded its cybersecurity and spectrum role.

Tradeoff

Would have set NTIA funding at $57 million a year for 2024 and 2025. Would have made NTIA's head an Under Secretary and added cybersecurity and digital-divide duties.
