Microloan Transparency and Accountability Act of 2023

Would have required the Small Business Administration to publish yearly microloan reports on defaults, rural lending, and costs.

Tradeoff

Would have added yearly public reports on microloan defaults, interest rates, and fees. The reports would have left out borrowers' personal information.
